“Following the catastrophic and unprecedented risk management events of 2017, more than ever before, Risk Managers need to ensure they have updated and realistic business continuity plans to protect their organizations and also have a team of qualified supporting experts to help mitigate a loss and then present the damages in a professional manner to ensure a full and speedy claim reimbursement. I am truly honored and excited to speak at the 2018 RIMS Conference in San Antonio where my ultimate goal is to offer at least five takeaways that can help the Risk Management Community be more prepared and save millions of dollars if they are currently experiencing a loss or if they face one in the future.” – Frank Russo
